Invisalign clear aligners are the clear alternative to metal braces for teens and adults. These clear aligners are the virtually invisible way to improve your smile, custom-made to fit snugly over your teeth while the aligners gently guide your teeth into the correct position. Everyday life is made easier during treatment because the aligners are removable, allowing you to eat, drink, and care for your teeth without worry.
Invisalign treatment is clinically proven to be effective for a broad range of teeth straightening cases, from mild to complex. Common concerns we are able to effectively correct with Invisalign include gapped teeth, overbite, underbite, open bite, teeth crowding and crossbite.
Teens reveal their best smile through a unique treatment developed just for them, while adults get the smile they’ve always imagined without putting their lives on hold.
Each aligner shifts your teeth slightly, moving them horizontally and vertically and even rotating them when needed. Your aligners are engineered to use the right amount of force in the right place at the right time. When you change to the next set of aligners (typically every one to two weeks), your teeth gradually move into position, following a custom treatment plan mapped out by us.
While the results may appear to be the same, when you stop and actually compare Invisalign to traditional braces, the choice is clear:
There’s never been a better time to get the smile you’ve always wanted. And there’s never been a better way to do it.
Invisalign straightens your teeth without wires and brackets, using a series of clear, customized, removable appliances. It’s virtually invisible, which means your friends and co-workers may not even know you’re straightening your teeth – unless you decide you share the exciting news of your Smileline smile makeover!
The aligners are designed to move your teeth in small steps to the desired final position. Each aligner is precisely calibrated and manufactured to fit your mouth at each stage of the treatment plan. Your first step is to visit our office to determine if Invisalign is right for you, and if so we’ll develop precise treatment instructions following the Invisalign program.
The Invisalign laboratory uses advanced technology to translate these instructions in a sequence of finely calibrated aligners. You’ll wear each aligner for about one to two weeks, only taking them out to eat, brush and floss, so they’ll be in your mouth working and aligning for about 20-22 hours a day. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will begin to move gradually until your final alignment.
Is Invisalign® treatment appropriate for you? For the majority of cases, the answer is yes. Invisalign treatment is clinically proven
to be effective for a broad range of teeth straightening cases, from mild to complex.
And, we’re continuously innovating to expand that range and get even better results.

Considering an Invisalign treatment is an important decision. Book a first no-charge/ no-obligation appointment with Smileline. We’ll educate you on the benefits of clear aligners and the treatment procedures. More importantly, Dr. Warren Cohen or Rachale Cohen will determine if the Invisalign treatment is right for you and how long it will be since each case is different.
During that first appointment, the dentist and our treatment coordinator will go over the cost and breakdown of your insurance coverage. We’ll share with you the details of various payment plans Smileline offers. Our objective during this first complementary consultation is to provide you with all the necessary information so you can make an educated decision.
Once you’ve decided to move forward with Invisalign, we will schedule a complete exam to initiate the process. This is where the works begin. Dr. Cohen will take a full set of X-Rays and impressions of your teeth. A comprehensive treatment plan will be mapped out and your custom aligners will be ordered. You’ll receive detailed instructions on how to put on and take off your aligners for optimal results. The dentist and the treatment coordinator will discuss with you the follow up schedule throughout your treatment plan. Best of all, the cost of this comprehensive new patient exam will be applied towards the cost of your Invisalign treatment.
Your custom-made aligners will be made of our proprietary Invisalign SmartTrack® material. They’re virtually invisible, so most people won’t even notice you’re wearing them. That’s one of the most wonderful features of these clear aligners. Wear your Invisalign clear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day for the best results, taking them out only to eat and to brush and floss.
You’ll come back to our studio periodically so we can track the gradual shift that will take place with your teeth. You will also receive new aligners at each of these appointments until the treatment is complete. Each new set of Invisalign aligners will be slightly modified to allow the shift in your teeth to continue until the treatment is complete. At every stage you’ll be able to see your progress and just imagine how far your new smile will take you.
